This absolutely cannot be stressed enough. It’s as true now as it was decades ago, only now we’re all battling the exponential speed of change.

It doesn’t matter what you learned in school or what has become irrelevant. I once took a summer class in college devoted to Adobe Flash; not exactly blowing peoples’ minds with that now. And who cares?

Everyone needs to take their ego out of the equation and embrace life-long learning.
